The most zealous group expecting Messiah Yeshua's return are the false prophets and the demons. They know their time is short and they want people to follow their sun "god" (ba-al / tammuz) and miss the rapture - evenj as they think they are True Christians when they are following LIES.
Matthew 7
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
2 Peter 2
1 But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves. 2 Many will follow their shameful ways and will bring the way of truth into disrepute. 3 In their greed these teachers will exploit you with stories they have made up. Their condemnation has long been hanging over them, and their destruction has not been sleeping.
Deuteronomy 13
1 If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a miraculous sign or wonder, 2 and if the sign or wonder of which he has spoken takes place, and he says, "Let us follow other gods" (gods you have not known) "and let us worship them," 3 you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The LORD your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul. 4 It is the LORD your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him. 5 That prophet or dreamer must be put to death, because he preached rebellion against the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from the land of slavery; he has tried to turn you from the way the LORD your God commanded you to follow. You must purge the evil from among you.

Jim's latest article titled - " Can we know the time of the Rapture " gives much food for thought on the whole issue. One of the issues Jim talked about really jumped out at me. Its on page three of his article. And i totally believe how true this statement is :" those who are watching and expecting Jesus soon return are probably the most zealous group of witnesses for the gospel among all Christians "very true Jim. I feel the most alive and useful Christians to God's Kingdom are those believers who are watching and expecting the soon return of Jesus Christ. My passion for doing evangelism ministry started around the same time as my passion for watching the signs for the rapture. And i believe that when we finally get to heaven, we will find that the most effective witnesses for the gospel message were those believers who had a passion for wanting Jesus to returnbecause when you really want to live with Jesus in heaven, your going to live a life that pleases Him. Your going to live a life that has eternal value, cause i believe that Christians who want Jesus to return are the ones who want to hear Jesus say to them " well done thy good and faithful servant " !!!
