false prophet Dave Camp - the shoe prophet - claims the rapture will be this coming sunday

The shoe omen false prophet Dave Camp seems to think that anything to do with shoes is prophetically significant and is prophecying that the rapture will be this sunday.

II Tim 4:3-4
3 For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. 4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

Deuteronomy 18:10-12 "There shall not be found among you anyone who uses divination or who practices witchcraft or one who interprets omens or is a sorcerer or who casts a spell or is a medium or a spiritist or who calls up the dead. For whosoever does these things is detestable to the Lord."

"Re: Sign of the Shoe - in 2008!"
Dear Denis and Doves-Yes, Denis - you are RIGHT! The shoes thrown at President Bush WERE a sign! But of what? The problem is that it's NOT a sign of the Rapture (not DIRECTLY, at least!). And since it is not, many folks WON'T "see" it because the Rapture is all they WANT to see.But that's still no excuse for NOT explaining it.Anyway, Denis, you were close in the verses you cited, but HERE is the key verse - and its interpretation from the New Testament:
Ruth 4:7-8 Now this was the manner in former time in Israel concerning redeeming and concerning changing, for to confirm all things; a man plucked off his shoe, and gave it to his neighbour: and this was a testimony in Israel.Acts 3:20-21 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.Back in 2002, I wrote about God's shoes (by the leading of His Spirit, btw!), posting my findings on 5D. I dug the two posts (Part 1 and Part 2) out of the Internet Archives and have included them below for your perusal (sorry, there are a few pictures, but I couldn't resurrect them). But there's two more verses that we need, as they explain who Edom (over whom the shoe is thrown) is:
Amos 9:11-12 In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old: That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the Lord that doeth this.Acts 15:16-17 After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up: That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things.OK, now we can put the pieces together:1) There are TWO "Over Edom I have cast off my shoe" verses (see below).2) Based on my assumption that 9-11 was God's FIRST shoe being thrown, I had anticipated (see below) that we're "waiting for the second shoe to drop."3) Note the 911 "connections": 1) 9-11 fell on 23 Elul, 7 days before 1 Tishri; 2) Jesus' birthday was Sept 11 (Julian) = 1 Tishri in 3BC; 3) The verse on Amos identifying Edom is 9:11.4) The context of the Acts 15 passage above is the Apostles trying to decide how to respond to Peter's vision that showed the Gospel was to be preached to the Gentiles as well. Here, by the Spirit, James states that it will continue to be so until God again sets up the Tabernacle of David. But note: In his quoting from Amos 9-11-12, He adds - by the Spirit - the phrase: "After this I will return."5) The key here, then, is that it is GOD who "will return." And when He does - for His wedding to Israel - He will be bringing Jesus with Him (as the Highly honored guest, of course!):
Heb. 1:6 And again, when He bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, He saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.Now here is the key to the shoes:6) This time, it is GOD Who is playing the role of Kinsman-Redeemer - but for Israel. Thus, it is GOD who is "giving" His shoe(s) to His neighbor. But assuming that God is picturing Himself as being in Israel at that time, His "neighbor" is - the GENTILES!7) This understanding comes from James' changing of the Amos 9 passage when he quotes from it, equating Edom with the Gentiles - and it is Edom over whom God casts His shoes.8) Comparing the passage from Ruth with the passage from Acts 3 - where Peter TELLS us that Jesus will return at "the time of restitution of all things" - shows us that the "casting of the shoes" is a sign that this restitution is imminent.9) "First the natural, then the Spiritual" comes to mind here: the man who threw the shoes at Bush is (obviously) NOT God - but he is a sign in the natural that God's shoes will soon be flying, too!10) The calendar dates for Jesus' Conception and Birth confirm the next few steps - so here they are:
Conception: 24 Kislev = Fri 14 December (Julian) 4BC;Birth: 1 Tishri = Wed 11 September (Julian) 3BC.11) 9-11-2001 was on 23 Elul; the Gentile date matched, but the Hebrew date was 7 days early (I suggested a "seven-day warning" in my posts below).12) The shoe incident occurred on 14 December - the Gentile date for Jesus' Conception.13) 7 days later, 21 December, is 24 Kislev - the Hebrew date for Jesus' Conception; AGAIN, 7 days early - and in EXACTLY the same way as 9-11 was!
Coincidence? I don't think so!14) Jesus is the Word (John 1:1). He became flesh (John 1:14) at conception, when He FIRST came.
Hag. 2:20 And again the word of the Lord came unto Haggai on the twenty-fourth [day] of the month, saying,Heb. 1:6 And again, when He bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, He saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.He will AGAIN come on the 24th of the month - Kislev - when God "brings Him in."15) And the time of the restoration of all things will begin (among other things)!16) Now if so, where might God begin this restoring? Well, what was the VERY LAST QUESTION the Disciples asked Jesus before He left?
Acts 1.6 Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?17) And what is the overall them of The Lord's Prayer - you know, the one Jesus taught us to pray?
"May your Kingdom come."
Looks like the Kingdom is coming THIS Sunday! Are you ready?-Dave=======================================================================================
Dave Camp (5 Mar) "Numbering our days - The Shoes of G-d"
Dear Doves,
Ps. 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we might apply our hearts to wisdom.
The Shoes of G-d
Intro
In the interest of time, I'll cut to the chase in this post.
On 11 September 2001, G-d began the fulfillment of this verse - especially the "shoe part":
Psalms 60:8 Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoeFor the most part, however, we were blind, and thus unable to see it.
Why?
Because we don't understand this verse, primarily due to incorrect teaching:
Ephesians 6:15 And [having] your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peaceFor years, we've been taught all about Ephesians 6 - where Paul commands us to put on the armor of G-d - and what that entails. And for years, we've been taught that the shoes in our armor are the Gospel.
This is IN ERROR. Read the verse again.
OUT LOUD, IF YOU HAVE TO!
Our shoes are NOT the Gospel. They are the PREPARATION of the Gospel.
Once more, for emphasis:
Our shoes are the PREPARATION of the Gospel.
Got it? I hope so.
What is "The Preparation of The Gospel?"
I'm glad you asked.
Simply put, it's REPENTANCE.
Here's where G-d says so:
Joel 2:13 And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the L-rd your G-d
Hosea 10:12 Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the L-rd, till he come and rain righteousness upon you. Here's where John the Baptist says so:
Matthew 3:1-2 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, 2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Here's where Yeshua says so:
Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Here's where Peter says so:
Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. And by two or three (or more!) witnesses shall a thing be established, just as the Scriptures say.
End of case.
Comfort Ye My People!
New Zealand evangelist Ray Comfort gives us some shocking statistics in his message Hell's Best-kept Secret (If you've never heard it, give it a listen!
link). His research found that as many as 95 TO 98 PERCENT of those who "go forward," "sign a card," "call in" or otherwise "respond to the Gospel" are found to have fallen away or backslidden within a year or two!
Why?
NOT because of poor counseling. Or lack of follow-up. Or any of the thousand-and-one other "reasons" that we're taught that, if done right or better or whatever, would somehow make our message "more effective."
He found that it was PRIMARILY due to lack of preparation - that there was almost NEVER a proper "preparing" of the heart to receive the Gospel. Why?
Because the LAW is almost NEVER preached today.
The Law?
Yes, the Law! Because it's the LAW that CONVICTS of sin, and CONVINCES Sinner-Man of who he is and WHY he needs salvation:
Ps. 19:7 The law of the L-rd is perfect, converting the soul
Rom. 3:20 Therefore by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified in his sight; for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.And the greatest danger of all is precisely that, by NOT so preaching, we run the risk of giving Sinner-Man a FALSE salvation, because he never really understands what sin is in the first place!
Repentance, then, was G-d's message to the world on 9/11.
Except for one thing.
1Peter 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of G-dIt was His message to the church FIRST, because that's where judgment MUST begin!
And This Would Affect Me How? (Thanks, Dogbert!)
Here's how 9/11 affected the WORLD:
The 911/emergency "theme" was played out to the fullest; CALL FOR HELP!
There was some prayer and calling upon G-d.
Many people got angry - and many still are.
Eventually, things got back to normal (except for those directly affected by the tragedy). Here's how 9/11 affected the (American) GOVERNMENT:
They mis-identified the enemy ("radical Islam"); but because the REAL enemy (ALL Islam - but ultimately, Satan Himself) is close to the DECLARED enemy, most people believed them.
They have determined, above all else, NOT to offend the real enemy.
Since most people do NOT believe in G-d, the government has taken G-d's place as the one on whom people should call for help. And here's how 9/11 affected the CHURCH (for the most part):
She REFUSED to identify the enemy at all.
She REFUSED to believe that 9/11 was from G-d.
Most pastors, upon seeing their sheep begin to wake up to the reality of G-d's coming judgment of sin, simply told them to go back to sleep. Thus, the church stands condemned before G-d. The world prayed. It was a feeble prayer, because it was all they knew how to do. Yet it was more than the church prayed! Not only that, the church didn't even suggest what kind of prayer to offer to G-d! The church KNEW what to do, but for the most part did nothing. Thus the church stands condemned by the world's actions, as well as her own INactions - because she REFUSED to "sound the alarm." The blood will thus be upon HER head if and when judgment falls.
But since judgment MUST begin in G-d's House, the NEXT shoe will most likely be dropped ON THE CHURCH.
Numbers, please!
Other than 911 being the "emergency number," here are some other meanings for 911, as well as my suggestions as to what the numbers may mean:
911 == charis(5485g) = grace It was ONLY by G-d's grace that it wasn't worse (not YET, anyway!)
911 == she'eryith[7611h] = remnant G-d is preparing to rapture his Remnant - the TRUE Church!
911 == re'shiyth[7225h] = beginnings or firsfruits G-d is about to make and end so that he may begin (1 Sam. 3:12). G-d is preparing to gather Israel, HIS firstfruits (Jer. 2:3), unto Himself; Gentile Doves are welcome, too!
911 == horai[5610g] = hours 911 hours is JUST SHORT of 38 days. Using Ezekiel's day-for-a-year formula (Ezek. 4:6), this is then just short of 38 years, can anyone say "wilderness?" Thus:
Good News: Our wilderness wanderings are coming to an end!
Bad News: Some IN THE CHURCH may NOT enter in to G-d's rest (see Heb. 3)!
For 38 through 41, Larry Wood (
link) has:
38 - Death in the Wilderness
39 - Sin unto Death (
40 - Maximum Divine Discipline
41 - Happiness And, saving the "best" until last: 911 == teshuwrah[8670h] = gift, present G-d is offering us the GIFT of repentance (2 Tim. 2:25). This understanding is CONFIRMED by the fact that 11 September was 23 Elul - in the days of Teshuvah, meaning "repentance" - and it was 7 DAYS before the end of the month! For those who have ears to hear, 9/11 WAS a seven-day warning for the church! Teshuwrah b'teshuvah - a "gift of repentance!" Yet G-d does NOT look too kindly upon those who REFUSE or DESPISE His gifts, does He?
Romans 2:3-4 And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of G-d? 4 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of G-d leadeth thee to repentance?...so LOOK OUT, CHURCH!
(And if that isn't a VERY POSSIBLE candidate for a 234 from Vincent's visit from Gabriel, I don't know what is!)
What's Next?
Here are G-d's SHOES - the one I mentioned above, plus the OTHER one:
Psalms 60:8 Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe: Philistia, triumph thou because of me.
Psalms 108:9 Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe; over Philistia will I triumph.Let's let these verses represent G-d's shoes, OK, Doves? Since 60:8 = 6+0+8 = 14 and 108:9 = 1+0+8+9 = 18, we'll let them be a size 14 and a size 18 shoe. 14 for Passover, and 18 for chai = life. OK?
So Let's compare G-d's shoes, shall we?
Size 14:
G-d "passed over" us in judgment. It COULD HAVE been worse.
Palestine/Philistia has been GREATLY triumphing since that time. Size 18:
Life: Will G-d be giving it, or taking it - or perhaps both?
G-d will turn the tables on Philistia this time - there IS good news coming after all! Now 14 + 18 = 32 == kabowd = glory but 14 + 18 = 32 == kachad = to cut off
So it could go either way - depending on how the church responds to the call ...
Are You Serious About This Shoe Thing?
You bet! Check out the "shoe words":
[5275h]
na'al
nun(50) ayin(70) lamed(30)
150
shoe
[5275h]
na'alah
nun(50) ayin(70) lamed(30) he(5)
155
shoe
[5266h]
hupodema
upsilon(400) pi(80) omicron(70) delta(4) eta(8) mu(40) alpha(1)
603
shoe
150+155+603 = 908
NB: 908 is only short of 911 by 3, which is EXACTLY the number of "shoe" words in the Scriptures!
On 13 November, flight 587 left JFK airport at 9:13am; 913 == b'reshiyth, literally, "in the beginnings." SAME WORD as 911 == reshiyth above, btw. (And since the beth means "in," I guess you could call this one a "shoe-in" huh? )
Practically EVERY ONE of our "airplane incidents" has been shoe-related. The one that of course comes to mind is the "shoe bomber" of the 22 December AA flight 63 (good thing it wasn't flight 603!), which COULD have been worse, if the bomb had actually gone off.
In fact, if these 3 guys had EVER gotten together -
- it could have been MUCH worse!
Inside Story
BTW, Doves, did you know that the LAST episode of Get Smart! was broadcast on 11 September 1970, EXACTLY 31 years before G-d cast his shoe over Edom on 9/11? Betcha didn't! (I didn't either; I just "stumbled" on it looking for my shoe phone. )
Let's see now; one "shoe" for each of the 5 doofs (silly doves) would be:
31 x 5 = 155 == na'alah[5275h] = shoe
But G-d's not THAT sovereign over some stupid old TV sitcom, is He?!?
Psalm 19:3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.Hmm...(back outside)
Shoe #2: Then there was the guy on flight 1702 back on 7 January that Mark Rouleau told us about (
http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/jan2002/markr19-11.htm). [Psst! I used the full address in the link so you could see the 911 in it! See? Could G-d be sovereign even over our postings and when Tng puts them up?] The article mentions that the flight, due to the delay, didn't land in Las Vegas until 6:08pm. But that was 9:08pm New York time - same as the "shoe total" above!
Shoe #3: How about the guy who vanished into the crowds on 30 January at San Francisco International Airport when traces of explosives were found on his shoes (
link)?
Shoe #4: Remember this one, Doves?
The plane "dropped in" on the Law Offices of Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick on the 28th floor of the Bank of America building. The building would "lay out" on February just fine, with the "crash" on the 28th - the last day of the month! In fact, since the building was 42 stories high, 14 floors above the 28th would bring the building EXACTLY to 14 March - 3rd Gentile Passover! Hmm...
In fact, here's Dr. Strong's commentary on the plane's serial number: [2371h] = Chaza'el = Hazael ("G-d has seen") [2371g] = thumomacheo = be highly displeased
The 28, then, provides our "shoe" link to other airline incidents as well.
28 #2: Pablo Moreira, who tried to enter the cockpit on flight 885 to Buenos Aires on 7 February, was 28 years old.
28 #3: The incident with the woman who was pulled off of an America West Airlines flight from Phoenix to San Diego occurred on 28 January.

Written by: William Spivery © 1959The tune was also recorded by the jazz/be-bop/acappella group Manhattan Transfer:
It was MT's first big hit in 1975
It got up to 22 on the Billboard charts
It was their second 45 on their second label, Atlantic (after Capitol).
The 45 was issued as Atlantic #3292, backed by Tuxedo Junction (wedding, perhaps?) The group was apparently named after John Dos Passos' novel Manhattan Transfer
The novel, Dos Passos' third, was first published in 1925
Although Dos Passos' third novel, it was his second successful/well-known one
Dos Passos died on 28 September 1970 The song was probably inspired by the tune Hello Central, Give Me Heaven (
link):
This tune by Charles K. Harris was recorded in 1901
It is generally recognized as the first "telephone song"
Although Harris wrote many songs, only 3 were really big hits; this was his second.
Harris died in New York City on 22 December 1930
22 Dec 1930 was 2 Tevel 5691, the last day of Hanukkah that year
22 Dec 2001 was the date of the flight the "shoe bomber" was on A few 100s here:
1925 (Manhattan Transfer published) + 1975 (Operator recorded) = 25 + 75 = 100
1930 (Harris' death) + 1970 (Dos Passos' death) = 30 + 70 = 100
2001 ("shoe bomber" flight) - 1901 (Hello Central, Give Me Heaven recorded) = 100 The record's Atlantic serial number, 3292: [3292h] = Ya'aqan = Jaakan ("tribulation") == 230 The year of Harris' death, 5691: [5691h] = agabah = inordinate love == 80
And 230 - 80 = 150 == na'al = shoe!
hmm...
Conclusion
Look up, Doves. And watch out for flying things. Especially shoes.
Smash, smash, smash (sound of doctrines of men being smashed).
Internet: Buzz, buzz, buzz: Busy as a bee!
Mark 13:37 And what I say unto you I say unto all: Watch!

PS - Repent, for the Kingdom of G-d is at hand. Again.
Homework
Exercise 1: Consider now the first part of our two "shoe" verses:
Ps. 60:8 Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe: Philistia, triumph thou because of me.
Ps. 108:9 Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe; over Philistia will I triumph.Who or what is Moab today? Why does G-d need to wash - or will He be washing someone or something else instead? If washing Himself, what is He picturing to us by describing Himself in this way? Or if washing someone/something else, who/what might it be, and why?
In your answers, consider the following:
Who was Moab in the Bible?
Moab is described the same in both verses, in contrast to the different ways that Philistia is described.
The sequence of the names - Moab, then Edom, then Philistia - which may be suggesting a sequence of time in the verses' fulfillments.
The fact that there are two fulfillments, as the difference in the "Philistia clauses" show that the two verses are NOT describing the same event. Finally, calculate the gematriot of the three names, and see if the resulting numbers might suggest any further "hints."
Exercise 2: Yeshua said "repent" a second time as well - but here, He announced the Kingdom of G-d, not the Kingdom of Heaven as in Matthew 4:17 above:
Mark 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of G-d is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.Although many teach today that these kingdoms are one and the same, they are not. Study them out, seeing what differences you can find between the two. If you have a copy of either The Companion Bible or Dake's Annotated Reference Bible, use the lists of differences found therein as a start.
(And if you have both Bibles, then bully for you! ).
Exercise 3: Normally, when we read this verse:
Matt. 3:3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the L-rd, make his paths straight.we consider G-d's "path" to be the "highway to holiness" here:
Isa. 40:3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the L-rd, make straight in the desert a highway for our G-d.But since the verse in Matthew says "pathS" and NOT "path," is it possible that G-d meant the "paths of the plowman" as he sows his seed up and down the rows of the field?
If so, what would a "crooked furrow" represent - and in what sense would it NOT be acceptable to G-d?
Exercise 4: By their rejection of Yeshua as Mashiach, the Jews caused the postponement of the Kingdom back in their day.
Acts 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, L-rd, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? But if two kingdoms were announced, then perhaps both were postponed! What, then, would it mean for both to be restored together? And perhaps more importantly, what would it mean for them to be restored separately? And if separately, which one do you think would be restored first, and why?
Exercise 5: Consider this verse:
Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of G-d is within you. Some teach today that the Kingdom of G-d is within the church and/or the Christian, which is true; yet to teach that that is the ONLY place where it will be, may not be true. Could there ALSO be coming a VISIBLE, "external" manifestation of that Kingdom, as well as the "internal" one? Is it possible that "the Kingdom within" was meant to be only a "shadow of things to come" (Col. 2:16-17)?
Acts 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, L-rd, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? In your answers, consider the fact that the disciples did NOT specify which Kingdom they meant when they asked Yeshua here if He was going to restore it; is it then possible that He answered them for BOTH Kingdoms?====================================================================================
Dave Camp (7 Mar)"Numbering our days - The Shoes of G-d, Part 2"
Dear Doves,
Ps. 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we might apply our hearts to wisdom.
The Shoes of G-d, Part 2Subtitle:More Flying Things IntroThis is a continuation of my previous post, The Shoes of G-d. We'll start off with some more shoes, then move on to other things, OK, Doves?Ready to fly?Another ShoeLet's look at another shoe. It's called faith. Just think of it as a sneaker, OK?The boomer Doves (the American ones, at least) can think of it as a P.F. Flyer. For the fledglings, how about a Nike? After all, nike is Greek for "victory," in case you didn't know:
[3529g]
nike
nu(50) iota(10) kappa(20) eta(8)
88
victorySo now you do.And since Caleb received his inheritance at age 85, he was able to partake of the fruit of the land at age 88, 3 years later (Lev. 19:23)! So even the senior Doves don't have to feel left out. By the way, even though the verb form, nikao, is used in several verses, the noun form is used ONLY ONCE, right here:
1John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.Faith - more precious than Gold - is what Yeshua is going to be looking for, too:
Luke 18:8 Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?Just think of faith as G-d's charge card. "Don't leave home without it!" In fact, without it, we probably won't be leaving home at all. >ungrin< engagement =" Aras" habat ="="" 402 =" 908">Unfortunately, the second shoe comes before the third. >ungrin
link). Dove Calvin has been dong a LOT with numbers relating to the comet as well (link and link). But this time, let's consider the NAME of the comet instead, OK?If G-d is throwing shoes at us to try to get our attention, I suppose He's the one who made the shoes in the first place, right? In fact, here's a couple of verses that should come to mind when we consider G-d as our maker:
Psalms 95:6 O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the L-rd our maker.Proverbs 14:31 He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoureth him hath mercy on the poor.Proverbs 17:5 Whoso mocketh the poor reproacheth his Maker: and he that is glad at calamities shall not be unpunished.Isaiah 45:9 Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?Hebrews 11:10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.And of course Levy/Levi was the priestly tribe - and Yeshua is our High Priest now:
Hebrews 3:1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;Hebrews 6:20 Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.Hebrews 9:11 But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this buildingGood things to come, eh? And it's in the 9:11 verse, too!I wonder if Shoemaker-Levy was a sign that BOTH the "Father" and the "High Priest" are coming? And since the comet broke into 21 pieces, I wonder if it might be a reference to 21 days? As in Dr. Eby's 3 weeks, perhaps (
link)? Or maybe Val's "sky-blue #21" (link)?Or perhaps the 21st day of some month, like Nisan or Tishri? Let's see now; 21 Nisan is the LAST DAY of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and 21 Tishri is the LAST DAY of the Fest of Tabernacles.Didn't Yeshua say something about raising somebody up on the LAST DAY?More FlyersHey Doves, check this out:

bird, fowlWhen they fly, shoes are very, very close to birds, aren't they? Remember General Allenby's verse, that inspired him in his capture of Jerusalem (
link)?
Isaiah 31:5 As birds flying, so will the L-rd of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it.Note the THREE prophecies of the verse:
G-d will DEFEND Jerusalem
G-d will DELIVER Jerusalem
G-d will PRESERVE Jerusalem But note also that there seem to be ONLY TWO "stages" in the verse:
His defending and delivering occur simultaneously, or almost so;
BOTH will happen "as birds flying"
His preserving occurs separately (although soon after, perhaps);
it is NOT directly tied to the "birds" but to a "passing over";
Could this be a reference to PASSOVER? You might want to go back and reread my post As Birds Flying (
link), because the author explained in GREAT detail how the above verse was fulfilled by Allenby's taking of Jerusalem. And if G-d repeats Himself again, those details just might provide us with some clues as to how a PASSOVER FULFILLMENT might play out. It's worth a look, I think.Another FlyerFinally, let's look at one more "flyer" that we've been batting back and forth here among the Doves:

Zech. 5:1-2 Then I turned and lifted up my eyes and looked, and behold a flying scroll. 2 And He said to me, "What do you see?" And I answered, "I see a flying scroll; its length is twenty cubits, and its width is ten cubits."And guess what?flying scroll = me'gillah 'uwph == 78 + 156 = 234 !There's Vincent Tan's number AGAIN! (
link)I wonder what a flying scroll would actually look like to us today?OutroRemember this verse, Doves?
Luke 21:28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.Maybe ANOTHER reason that Yeshua told us to look up was to watch out for "flying" things.Like shoes. Or birds. Or a scroll.Hey, at least flying shoes don't drop you-know-what on your head, though. I hope. After all, with G-d, ALL things are possible, right?
Mark 6:11 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrhah in the day of judgment, than for that city.I wonder if you could call dust "shoe dung?" Hey, didn't they throw dust on their heads in Bible times as a sign of REPENTANCE?
Romans 12:20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.I wonder if the L-rd HIMSELF might heap some coals on someone's head that HE considers to be His enemy? And, unless I missed it, how come none of the Doves noticed that the Greek word for "coal" is ANTHRAX?ConclusionLook up, Doves. And watch out for flying things. Shoes, birds, dust, scrolls, burning coals; whatever. And if you see something coming in that doesn't look good, you might want to take a hint from one of our "fowl" cousins:Duck! Smash, smash, smash (sound of doctrines of men being smashed).Internet: Buzz, buzz, buzz: Busy as a bee!
Mark 13:37 And what I say unto you I say unto all: Watch!"And I shall show thee greater things than these."-DavePS - Repent, for the Kingdom of G-d is at hand. Again.
HomeworkExercise 1 (short-term research): If there is a connection between the flying scroll in Zechariah and Vincent Tan's "234 visit" from the angel, might his account of the visit provide us with some hints as to what the scroll's dimensions - 20 by 10 cubits - represent? If so, then:
Review Vincent's account (
link)
Review other dimensions in the Scriptures that are either multiples or fractions of a cubit
Pay particular attention to anything that might relate to length, width, 20 or 10 See what you can find.
