This guy is a certifiable fruitcake. Just because he saw something he could not identify (the definition of ufo: unidentified flying object - which could even be a firefly if you could not identify it) in 1997 does NOT mean the Google satellite data errors are a ufo.
I saw a tree with apples on it --- that does not make every fruit tree an apple tree (especially among the orange groves in florida) The weather satellite data errors are well known and it is caused by the satellite orbits and unavailability of reliable data above 60 degrees of lattitude north (as I previously posted)

Randy, I honestly do not know what that is in google earth, but it changes shape, sizes, and direction, without moving the earth in google earth... BUT, was the 200 yard long and who knows how wide, UFO that flew over my head, in March of 1997, in which I have on a friends video recorder, a piece of missing data ??? If so, I would like to know what kind of missing data that was that I witnessed on that night back in 1997. There were 20+ cars pulled off to the side of the road at Thunderbird mountain who also witnessed this, along with 20,000 other Arizona residents. It was made up of amber orb`s, that changed size, and color....and as it hoovered about 700 feet above us, there was 0 sound, you couldnt hear a pin drop... and then poof, it shot in the blink of an eye, 25 miles south, and stopped over downtown Phoenix. It took less than 1/10th of a second to get there, from exactly where we were. Government made ? Maybe, but if so, then we are sooo very far advanced, that the humans on earth would refuse to believe it, had they seen what we here in Arizona witnessed that night.
