Thinks because demons can have correct prophecies that there is nothing wrong with listening to their prophecies. The Tanach says G-d allows some of the demons' prophecies to come true as a test to see if we will obey and follow Him or follow the demons:
Dueteronomy 13:1-5 If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a miraculous sign or wonder, and if the sign or wonder of which he has spoken takes place, and he says, "Let us follow other gods" (gods you have not known) "and let us worship them," you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The LORD your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul. It is the LORD your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him. That prophet or dreamer must be put to death, because he preached rebellion against the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from the land of slavery; he has tried to turn you from the way the LORD your God commanded you to follow. You must purge the evil from among you.

Rene (15 Oct 2008) "Re: Yulish and "There will not be a UFO appearance""
Stephen - this was a very good article you posted about the Federation of Light and the woman in Australia claiming to hear from these beings. While all this is true, there is something else that needs to be said about this. In the Bible, there was a lady following Paul around who was using the spirit of divination. He finally got fed up with her following after him and cast a demon out of her (possibly several demons were involved), but the thing to recall is that this demon-possessed girl was speaking the TRUTH about Paul. She said, "These men are servants of the most High God. They have come to teach you the way of salvation." While it is true that a prophet must be 100% correct to be a true prophet of God, devils do have some (though limited) knowledge of the future. They are not permitted complete knowledge as they would like to have. There were 12 apostles. We are told that they all went out preaching and healing the sick, but ONE of them (JUDAS) was a "devil," according to Jesus' words. Many people will be deceived over false miracles performed by the Antichrist during the Great Tribulation, believing (just as many people do today) that ALL miracles surely must come from God, when in fact, they don't. While this woman from Australia may have been wrong (this particular time), we can expect more and more such spectacles to occur as we get closer and closer to the End of the Age. We must also remember that God is going to send a STRONG DELUSION to the entire world that they will believe a LIE after the rapture takes place. This strong delusion could involve a Satanic prediction that may come true. My intent of writing this was to say that simply because we, as members of the Body of Christ may KNOW that someone is speaking from demonic possession, this does not necessarily mean that everything they say will NOT come to pass. The secular world will often BELIEVE someone is spiritual and Godly if only 30% of what they say comes to pass! Rene
