Even if he does not "make prophecies" Drew Simmons is still a numerologist and a false prophet. He is making assumptions (unbiblical) and using the assumptions to predict rapture dates.
Why won't these fruitcakes just stop predicting dates and WATCH EVER SINGLE DAY AND EVERY SINGLE HOUR? What drives them to predict failed dates after failed dates? Any sane person would see they were wrong and stop making false predictions that cast scorn onto Messiah Yeshua because the unbelievers think the false prophets are actually speaking for Him.

"The third crucial measure taken was the publication on 28 June 1967, by the Interior Minister, of the following declaration: In accordance with my powers under paragraph 8 of the Municipal Corporations Ordinance [ i.e. that amendment, passed the day before, and described above] I declare as follows: 1. The Boundaries of the Jerusalem Municipal Corporation will be the inclusion of the area described in the Annex.
