november 15, 2008 was specifically given as the day of the RAPTURE. Now that it failed, you have all sorts of false prophets adding days to it to keep the failed prophecy alive - false prophet Judy Morford (previous post) wants to add 7 days to it and now false prophet Jean Stepnoski wants to add 10 days to it --- and both allude to 40 days so when their 7 and 10 days added to november 15th fails, they can fall back to the 40 days.
The bible NEVER says there will be ANY warning period for the rapture (if there was, would G-d make it so subjective that it could easily be missed or mistaken as what it is???)
Lot didn't have a 7, 10, 30, or 40 day warning before he was removed from sodom and Messiah Yeshua also likens the days before the rapture as the time of Lot yet the false prophets have clung onto Noah and the flood to come up with some fairy tale about having a warning before the rapture (and figuring out what day the rapture will be)
Matthew 24
42 "Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming.
Will you believe and follow the false prophets or will you believe and follow Messiah Yeshua???
Nowhere in scripture does it say the anniversary of Noah's flood is important - that is a myth (lie) of the false prophets

"Cheshvan 17 to 26"
Dear John and all doves, As important as the anniversary of Cheshvan 17 seems to be, it does not end the story in Genesis about the family Noah. The rains and deluge of the 40 days and nights begin on Cheshvan 17 yet there is so much more to happen in the days, weeks, and months thereafter. The rains and flooding take time to go from bad to worse. We can easily see a period of 7,8 or 10 days before the floodtide is high enough to lift the ark off of its scaffolding. The ark was long and wide yet tri level and therefore high. How high would the scaffolding have been to brace the ark? It must have extended at least half way up the ark. The inference is that it took a while before those, like in a state of imprisonment in the ark on its scaffolding, floated free of constraints and sailed off to the new home to come in the far country. Yes, The Day of Going Above for the Ark must have been important, too. The phrase The Day for Cheshvan 17 is not isolated onto itself. It begins the process of the water experience with rain, flooding, floating free above, and sailing off beyond towards the far country. Could there be a 10 day period for those in the ark before they rise above the scaffolding and the floodwaters? The days and events short term from Cheshvan 17 to 26 and to the day 40 for the ending of rain in Kislev seem indistinct in terms of chronology. It seems to be a period of days of mystery. And remember the 10 days of suffering like in a prison for the members of the faith house of Sardis in the book of Revelation. Is there a link to a 10 day period ending the days of Cheshvan? It does not seem appropriate to bid farewell to the days of Cheshvan, just yet. And let us remember that the events of Hanukkah of the next month in Kislev took place about 68 B.C. The family Noah lived long before. The theme of floating above and going to the far country can be seen as transformational. One might see a concept of resurrection, as well. One of the remainng days of Cheshvan in 2008 may be transformational and surprising, after all. For the days remaining of Cheshvan, may we be WATCHING!With Love and Shalom,Jean Stepnoski
