The false prophets believe that if all else fails, create two conflicting prophecies so if one is wrong, the other may possibly still be right.
There have been countless false prophets that said bush is the last president and obama will not take office (for various given reasons - see previous posts) and now false prophet Joe Hoyle has come up with a prophecy that says bush is the next to last president so obama will take office.
Don't you just love it when false prophets prophecies conflict ??? They like making sure one of their prophecies are still alive when the other ones fail!

Hello,
I had meant to include this video in my response to Shelva Saturday.
But--I forgot.....which seems to be more and more common for me these days.
I'm not sure whether this one has been posted before; so I''l just assume that it hasn't.
And by the way--concerning the last three cigar smoking presidents mentioned.
Clinton of course was a cigar smoker, and was never camera shy about it.
While both both George W, Bush and Barack Obama, according to multiple sources are both occasional cigar smokers.
But both are said to be more camera shy about it.
This prophecy also concurs with C. Allen Martins 1971 Presidents House prophecy, which also said that there would be one more after GWB.
So barring something unforeseen as of right now--that will happen.
