Or, should we look for someone whose head (authority) is rendered lifeless or powerless?
Let's see what the bible says about the antimessiah's head wound:
Zechariah 11
16"For behold, I am going to raise up a shepherd in the land who will not care for the perishing, seek the scattered, heal the broken, or sustain the one standing, but will devour the flesh of the fat sheep and tear off their hoofs.
17 "Woe to the worthless shepherd
Who leaves the flock!
A sword will be on his arm
And on his right eye!
His arm will be totally withered
And his right eye will be blind."
Seems like a literal head wound to me.

TigerCat said: This is relevant mostly to our president-elect, Barrack Obama. Should he sustain a fatal headwound, be pronounced dead, and then come back to life, then, he has my vote for being the antichrist.
Remembering that the head of the man is Christ and the head of the woman is the husband, do we look for a physical head wound?
Or, should we look for someone whose head (authority) is rendered lifeless or powerless?
Imagine, if you will, a virtual unknown who suddenly comes on the scene and wows everyone. But, that someone's "head" or authority fails. Both are dismissed as "has beens". Then, that someone rises on the scene again, the second time in their own name (under their own authority or head).
