G-d does not play mind games. When He wants to give you a word, it will be crystal clear and will not be "coded" in an obscure sign. G-d says those that interpret signs (omens) are DETESTABLE to Him so that should be proof enough that He is not giving anyone numbers, license plates, or degrees ( the boiling point of water according to false prophet Karen Leonard)
