We all "know the meaning of 40" so I guess 30+ anything we want means it is the day of the rapture???

I feel november 1, 2009 was significant so the rapture will automatically be 40 days later???

How about this one - The Fort Hood shooting was a muslim terrorist act - the first one on amerikan soil since 911 so it was significant so the rapture will be 40 days later???

It is SO easy for the false prophets to pick an event, ad a "significant number" to it, and play "guess the rapture date" instead of believing what Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) said we will not know the day or the hour. NOTE that the ones who do not know the day and hour are those who are currently watching for Messiah Yeshua's return. There is NOTHING in the entire bible that says the false prophets will be able to figure out the day or the hour of the rapture:

Mat 25:1 "The Kingdom of Heaven at that time will be like ten bridesmaids who took their lamps and went out to meet the groom.
Mat 25:2 Five of them were foolish and five were sensible.

Dear Doves: I believe that Oct. 9, 5th day of Sukkot, was very important day. It was the day that Obama was announced as the winner for the Nobel Peace Prize, and NASA attacked the moon. According to the post of Tony Ellsworth on Oct. 13, it was the centaur rocket which fired into the moon, and in constellation, Centaur is a half man-half horse figure which is slaying the lamb with the cross at his feet. For this reason, I believe that Oct. 9 was the day that G-d revealed the identity of the wicked one who will persecute Church, although his time has not officially commenced. We all know the meaning of 40. When Jesus was baptized by John, G-d the Father revealed his identity as saying,"This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased." Then after 40 days, His ministry had begun officially. 40 days from Oct. 9 happen to be the new moon day of Kislev by the sighting method. By Colossians 2 :16-17, it could be the day that as Church(restraining force) is taken out, the time of the wicked one officially begins. Another coincidence? Maranatha! Elliot
