fruitcake false prophet Tony Ellsworth is excited abouty another date

One thing false prophets hope for- that the gullible and foolish people that believe their false prophecies have short memories. false prophet Tony Ellsworth was "not this excited about a date since 1988" back in december 2008 when he was prophecying a x-mass rapture and said that date excited him more than any other date ever has.

II Tim 4:3-4

3 For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. 4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

2 Timothy 3
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as their's also was.

Tony Ellsworth (22 Jan 2009) "Rapture Alert February 2nd 2009: Intro"
Doves,
There has been so much prophetically that has been “thrust” onto the scene here recently. I’ve been watching and have learned much. God is good. I have to admit it’s quite overwhelming. Maybe you feel that way too.
I really feel very strongly in regards to watching February 2nd 2009 for the Rapture for a number of reasons. I haven’t been as excited about a date since 5/5/05. I couldn’t help but take a look at the timeline and the corresponding gematria:
From and including: Thursday, May 5, 2005To and including: Monday, February 2, 2009
It is 1370 days from the start date to the end date, end date included
Or 3 years, 8 months, 29 days including the end date
1370 +
By the Spirit of God + Your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, Your King. + On High + God Blessed + Of man + Beauty for ashes + Thou art Peter
It is hard to look so closely at these “watch dates” as many come and go. When they go, we have to pick ourselves up off the floor, and realize God in His Sovereignty is still having us live out our days – however many that might be. I’ve watched every Jewish & Christian Holiday, Noah date, Tribulation timeline, etc. for a while now, as have many of the doves. But, can we say God owes us? Not at all! Can we say it won’t be worth it? It most certainly will! So we continue the watch, in hope and anticipation…
If you are as old (or older) than me then maybe you remember a commercial about the tootsie roll pop. It says how many licks does it take to get to the center? A cartoon owl would always take two licks and then you’d hear a “crunch”, and then he’d say “three”. Funny. The point I am making in regards to the Rapture and diligently watching for it, as Jesus commands us to do is – “it only takes once.” We can watch and watch and study, study, study and then one day it will truly be here. And once it’s here, we’ll be at the center of that “tootsie roll pop” all in one bite. That’s all it takes!!!
With all that said, I highly, highly recommend watching February 2nd carefully.
Why do I have to watch? I’m tired of dates coming and going – what’s the use???
The best example I can give to answer this feeling is Gideon and the 300 men. When Gideon was gathering his army of men he already was outmanned severely. From a practical perspective he should have been gathering more men. But God first let all the men go who wanted to go home. Many left. Then God had Gideon take the men down to the stream for a drink of water. The men who were “watching” while drinking the water God used, the ones who buried their heads in the water head first were sent home.
This left Gideon with 300 men to take on the enemy. Later, Gideon knew he would achieve victory when a dream was shown including Barley loaves. Barley as you may already know is a symbol of “first fruits” and the Rapture.
As such, I think perseverance and keeping a careful watch matters a lot to God.
Why look to February 2nd 2009???
Good question. Really there are so many things pointing to it, that I have a choice - write a book, or break it up into segments. With the time so short, I am going to break it down into segments and post it on five doves daily.
If you are anxious to get a head start I would recommend reading my recent posts on five doves and also the two free eBooks I have available:
www.midnightshout.com and www.thechristmasrapture.com
Both of these books lay a lot of great groundwork for what God has shown me. If you keep searching with your heart for God, He will continually reveal new insights. It really makes life exciting! I believe we will always be exploring and learning into the Millennium and Eternity. It’s quite an adventure -may as well look at it that way right now. Get used to depending on Him, for knowledge, provision, etc. and not knowing what is right around the corner. Isn’t that the definition of a “Rapture Watcher?”

Look for the posts, I’ll be finishing them as soon as I can put the words to the page.
Maranatha,
Tony
