false prophet Tony Ellsworth promotes satanic holidays and prophecies yet more rapture dates

candlemass is a satanic holiday that worships ba-al (tammuz) and is absolutely in no way shape or form a Christian holiday. false prophet Tony Ellsworth continues to bring people to worshiping tammuz (ba-al) and is a satanist. x-mass and ishtar (easter) are other feasts of tammuz - the babylonia "god" that Ancient Israel brought back to Israel with them (Ezekiel chapter 8)

Deuteronomy 13
1 If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a miraculous sign or wonder, 2 and if the sign or wonder of which he has spoken takes place, and he says, "Let us follow other gods" (gods you have not known) "and let us worship them," 3 you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The LORD your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul. 4 It is the LORD your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him. 5 That prophet or dreamer must be put to death, because he preached rebellion against the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from the land of slavery; he has tried to turn you from the way the LORD your God commanded you to follow. You must purge the evil from among you.

Tony Ellsworth (23 Jan 2009) "Rapture Alert February 2nd 2009: Candlemas"
Candlemas

& The Hopeful Hypothesis of the Heart

What is Candlemas?
Within the body of this article I’ll go into a further explanation, but in simple form, “Candlemas” is one of the twelve “Great Feasts” of the Church and the marker of the end of the Christmas Season. Christmas and Ascension Day are two of the most widely recognized “Great Feasts” by Christians.

I’m only watching Jewish Feast days for the Rapture…

One thing I know well is that if a person is willing to write books or articles on the Rapture, be prepared for persecution. I think I can safely speak for many, if not all who write in, that heavy criticism and persecution is part of the road. Ouch! One other thing worth mentioning is that I’ve never seen two Prophecy “buffs” agree 100% on anything. That said, should we quit communicating, exploring & encouraging??? Absolutely not! John Tng, thank you so much for what you do. You allow us to be a body of believers, coming together for the common purpose of Rapture watching and loving Jesus while we wait.

Okay…

Up until the date of Pentecost in Acts God clearly had focused his attention on Israel. Jesus even showed this when he said to a woman asking her daughter to be healed:
Matthew 15:25-27 25Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me. 26But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs. 27And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.
Yet, in this instance, as well as, interactions with Romans and Samaritans Jesus foreshadowed his ultimate goal of saving the Church.

Jesus clearly fulfilled, to the day, the first three Jewish Feasts. Yet an argument could be made in looking for the Rapture in all seven of them still, and possibly the minor feasts as well.

Here is another question – Would Jesus who turned his attention to the Church, and will again turn his attention to the Jews, come back on a Jewish Feast day – or something specific to the Church? Either way could make very logical sense. If he wanted to make the Jews “sit up and pay attention” one could make a good argument it would have to be a Christian holiday. Then again, I could make the exact opposite argument for a Jewish holiday. Then there is also Noah, Esther, etc.

The truth is – we don’t really know for sure. It is a working out of our desire and faith by hopeful hypothesis of the heart. This reminds me of this scripture:

Jeremiah 29:13 (King James Version)
13And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
It also brings to mind the scripture where Jesus says “no man knows the day or the hour…” Ouch! Yet, what is clear, is that we are told to watch. As such, I try to meticulously watch the “event” horizon. This would include Jewish Feasts, Christian Feasts, American holidays, Esther, Noah, daycounts, etc. I read five doves everyday and try to be open minded (we all have a tendency to become fixated on our own conclusions – myself included). I have picked up so much great information from so many contributors that it would be impossible for me to link everything back to the originators. But, that is the “body” and isn’t it wonderful! All made possible by John & all the daily contributions – Praise God!
I do remember who originally got me to thinking about Christian Feasts - Friedrich Wenz. Thank you Brother!
It can’t be a Christian Feast because there are Pagan roots
I can understand why a person would say this. I think there are two main reasons for this:
1. They were hurt by the Church at some point.
2. There really are pagan aspects of all the Christian holidays.
I understand being hurt by the Church. I was brought up by my Mom as a Jehovah’s Witness. As such, I celebrated virtually no holidays. No birthdays either. Why? Because they believe, and point out the pagan origins in them. Jehovah’s Witnesses only celebrate Passover – nothing else.
I haven’t been a Jehovah’s Witness for over 20 years now, and I celebrate birthdays and all the holidays. But, I mention it because I’ve come full circle on the subject. Here is something to think about…
On Pentecost, which is the Church’s birthday, the loaves that are waived contain leaven. This stands for sin. Jesus predicted it and knew about it, in advance. The Church is not the Church because we have no sin. The Church is the Church because we are painfully aware of our sin and we confess we cannot cleanse ourselves. Like the woman at the well and the woman at His feet, Jesus loves the broken hearted.
God is Sovereign, and nothing Constantine, the false leaders of the Church, etc. have done can keep us from Him. Satan thought he had won by nailing Jesus to the cross, but in fact he had lost. God has always used the enemy’s wicked and manipulative schemes against themselves.
Sometimes we have to open up our minds to God. Consider Peter. Peter walked right by Jesus’ side. You don’t get any closer than that. Much closer than you or I. Yet, God had to give him a vision before he could understand that Gentiles could be clean. Though dirty, the Church can be clean. How is this possible? Jesus! That is the Church. The “woman caught in adultery.”
This is such an emotional subject since we all have “wounds” from the Church. This is Satan’s dastardly plan. To make us run away – shamed.
Let me just walk through the passage.
John 8
3And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
4They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
5Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
6This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.
7So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
8And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.
9And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
10When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
11She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
12Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
In the first verses the woman is caught right in the act. This is important, since it doesn’t get any worse than this. There is no way out. The Pharisees rightly point out the law she has broken and also the harsh penalty – death.
Notice verse six (which is the number for man) and that it says ground. Other translations say “dust”. This is a picture. Jesus from up above in heaven, writes in the dust, meaning earth, the means to save us from our deserved death.
Next, in verse seven (God’s number) we see it saying “he lifted up himself,” and this is exactly what he did – to lovingly save us from our wretched sin.
These accusing men could have stayed. Yet they not only dropped their stones, but left. Only the woman remained. And the last thing Jesus says to her, stands for the prophetic day when He will take our sin from us. “Go and sin no more,” not as a chastisement, but as a word of purification. No more sin.
The best thing about the Church is that we know we are “scarlet.” Yet Jesus makes us “white as snow.” Within the Church, when we think of Jesus and snow, doesn’t it bring to mind Christmas? How about this verse in Matthew 24?
Matthew 24:20 (King James Version)
20But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
A Sabbath day could mean Saturday, but to the Church it would mean Sunday. Jesus was master of the Sabbath, and healed many, to the chagrin of many Pharisees, who saw it as unlawful. Feast days can also be considered Sabbaths.
By Church tradition, the last day of the Christmas Season is Candlemas – February 2nd.
Can we take a look at Candlemas now???
Okay, here we go…
Candlemas
This holiday is celebrated forty (40) days after Christmas Eve. This year it occurs on February 2nd 2009. There are several prophetic qualities to the holiday:
The Feast of the Presentation of Jesus in the Temple
Jesus says to enter Heaven, we must be “born again.” Joseph and Mary took Jesus too the temple to present their new child to God. If we are “born again,” or made “new” entering Heaven this may be the day we are taken by the “Holy Spirit” to the temple to be presented to God.
Purification of the Virgin
According to Mosaic law, a woman would be unclean for a total of 40 days after the birth of a child. As such, this is why Mary and Joseph waited 40 days after the birth of their son to take him to the temple. Virgin is a concept used to show those believers who have not defiled themselves with the world. Remember Joseph, who ran from Potiphar’s wife. Also, Esther who received the beauty treatments in anticipation of her meeting with the king. Immanuel, meaning “God with us” on Christmas, and Rapture meaning “us with God,” but possibly with a delay of 40 days for “purification.”
Meeting of the Lord
Have you been faithfully waiting for Jesus for some time now? Well be encouraged because two persons were doing the same thing upon Jesus’ first coming. Simeon the Righteous and Anna the prophetess. Both had received a promise from God that they would see the Messiah before death. God did not fail them. Here is the reference:
Luke 2:22-40 (King James Version)
22And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord;
23(As it is written in the law of the LORD, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;)
24And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.
25And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him.
26And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ.
27And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law,
28Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said,
29Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word:
30For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,
31Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people;
32A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.
33And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him.
34And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;
35(Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.
36And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity;
37And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.
38And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in Jerusalem.
39And when they had performed all things according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth.
40And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.
Marking the end of the Epiphany & Christmas Season
It is tradition to leave Christmas decorations and lights up until February 2nd, which marks the end of the Christmas Season. Have you noticed it being still fall and our secular world bringing out everything having to do with Christmas before its even Thanksgiving yet? And then, when the 25th (or at most January 1st) is passed everything is put away. What a rip off! And “Bah, humbug!” Somehow, I don’t think God meant for holidays to be this way. Lots of commercialization and no time to linger for family and most important – Jesus!
Imbloc – Pagan Origins
Many rightly point to the Pagan origins of Candlemas. Part of this origin may be the Pagan ritual of Imbloc. When Constantine legalized Christianity and they combined Christian feasts w/ Pagan rituals this took place. Kind of reminds you of when Jesus said the leaven would be sown into the whole loaf –right??? Not a surprise to Jesus. This is obviously true of just about everything we do today right down to your wedding bands. What is a Bible believing Christian to do? Well do the same thing you do with all the other things that have Pagan origins. Believe in Jesus and that He makes us clean from our sin. We are about as clean as a child in a mud puddle.
Try to look at is this way. Think about Astrology vs. the Gospel of the Stars. Astrology is horrible and forbidden by the Bible – so stay away from it. But, this does not give Satan ownership of the Heavens! No way! God created the stars and the Heavens. Satan is not a creator, but a deceiver. I tell my kids this – There is no such thing as fiction. There always is truth behind every concept. This is why there are so many versions of the flood, the garden of Eden, etc. It doesn’t prove their false, it proves they are true. Satan has always taken a form of the truth to make it a lie. When you eat a banana you don’t eat the peel – right? Just eat what God intended you to and trust that He is Sovereign, Love and our Savior!
Let me point out a couple of things about Imbloc. It is a Pagan ritual. It acknowledges the midpoint between winter & spring. It is halfway between Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox.
This is where we get Ground Hog day. It is a day to see if we will have an early Spring or not.
The Jewish Feast of Tu’ B Shevat which occurs near, and sometimes on, the date of Candlemas is seen as the first day of spring in Israel.
Here is a traditional poem in regards to winter and spring:
"The serpent will come from the holeOn the brown Day of Bride,Though there should be three feet of snowOn the flat surface of the ground
Now since this is spoken of from the “Pagan” point of view, let’s turn it inside out…
We know the Bride to be the Church, and the Serpent to be Satan. Proverbs has a few verses that remind me of this poem and also the Rapture. Here it is:
Wonderful Things Which I Know Not…

Proverbs 30: 18There be three things which are too wonderful for me, yea, four which I know not:
19The way of an eagle in the air Rapture;
“…I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself. - Exodus 19:4
the way of a serpent upon a rock Satan cast down;
“and the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent called the devil & Satan who decievith the whole world and was cast out into the earth and his angels with him.”
- Revelation 12:9
the way of a ship in the midst of the sea Tribulation Saints;
“…there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch as the ship was covered with waves: but he was asleep” – Matthew 8:24
and the way of a man with a maid Marriage in Heaven.
“and I saw the Holy City, the New Jerusalem coming down out of the Heaven from God, as a bride adorned for her husband.”
___________________________________________
The goddess Brigid is associated with the Imbloc holiday. She has some interesting qualities which clearly were taken from biblical principles:
· Purification (February means “purification”)
· Healing (we all need that, and those new bodies!)
· Sacred flames
· Lighting candles (reminds me of the five faithful virgins)
· Wells
I love the mention of wells here. Remember it was by a well that Abraham’s servant found Isaac’s bride, Jacob kissed Rachael and Jesus spoke to the woman at the Well. Well’s and water represent what we think of as “wormholes” which have everything to do with the Rapture (as wives do – not a coincidence). I previously have written an article called “Wives, Wells & Wormholes” which I won’t go into here (ref:
www.tony4yhwh.com under prophetic J – Z).
One last mention is that the Full Moon this month (which is on February 9th) is the Snow Moon. Reminds me of Isaiah 1:18
“Come let us reason together says the Lord, though your sins are like scarlet I will make you white as snow, though they are as crimson, I will make you as wool.”
Amen!!!
Maranatha,
Tony
P.S. – Many more things to come in regards to February 2nd, I’ll post them at five doves as fast as I can write them! For further foundational reference see:
