I'll bet you anything that when they fail he will add days to the prophecy and claim his prophecy date was only a "warning date" Just like false prophet Ron Reese claimed january 11, 2009 would be the rapture and now is claiming it was a "warning date" or was "just a potential rapture date".
The false prophets REPEATEDLY prove themselves to be false prophets and yet the weak, gullible, and foolish continue to listen to them and follow them and their false prophecies.
II Tim 4:3-4
3 For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. 4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

Dear Doves,
He will 'betray Israel' by signing the '7-year peace treaty' which begins the tribulation on, or just after, Pentecost 2009. We will be raptured just prior to that on 'Ascension Day or Pentecost' 2009. The anti-Christ will also be revealed by his signing of the 'peace treaty'. We will know the identification of both the false prophet and the anti-Christ just prior to our rapture. I think that Nicholas Sarkozy of France makes a good candidate for the a-C. He has already formed a coalition of Middle-east countries.
Mid-tribulation will fall in the year 2012, 42 months after the signing of the 'peace treaty'. We all know what happens after that.
